Terrific Teacher Tips

RBERN is excited to celebrate some Terrific Teachers across the Capital District Region. We knew there were many fantastic educators who support our ELLs, but this time of Remote Teaching and Learning has been an exceptional demonstration of the lengths teachers go through to meet the needs of their students.

This week, we are celebrating Caitlin Horgan, ENL teacher extraordinaire! Using Google Slides and Google Meets, Caitlin has designed a sustainable routine for engaging and instructing her elementary ELLs who range from Transitioning to Commanding levels. Caitlin will share her resources as well as her journey into Remote Teaching and Learning during this session. After showcasing her strategies and ideas, Mrs. Horgan will be available for a Q&A related to successes and challenges.
