Immigrant & Migrant Populations of ELLs

This session will provide participants with information about current challenges faced by Immigrant, Refugee, and Migrant English Learners and considerations for ensuring their academic access and success. We will discuss regulations, available services and resources. Participants will also explore case studies from Green Card Youth Voices: Immigration Stories from upstate New York High Schools and be provided with a complimentary copy of the book.
