Evaluating All Teachers of ELLs to Support Equity with Support Ed
Diane Staehr Fenner will facilitate a half-day virtual professional development to support diversity, equity, and inclusion through teacher evaluation that is inclusive of ELLs.
Participants will:
– – Describe the need for teacher evaluation that is inclusive of all teachers of ELLs
– – Explore an adapted framework for teacher evaluation that includes ELLs
– – Discuss and apply the four principles of ELL-inclusive teacher evaluation
– – Evaluate their current teacher evaluation system for its inclusiveness of ELLs and make a plan to increase inclusivity of all teachers of ELLs
Participants who register by March 2, 2022, will receive a copy of the book.
