Book Study: Coaching for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging in Early Childhood
In Part 2 of 3 in this hybrid book study, participants will read, reflect, and contextualize information and theories from Section 2, Chapters 3 and 4, associated with the roles of leaders in addressing DEIAB transformation. This workshop consists of 2 separate activities offered on a Choice Board and 1 virtual meeting to discuss the importance of coaching and supervising not only yourself but also your students and fellow staff on how to continually grow and develop into a DEIAB program. Participants can earn 2 CTLE credits for the completion of each Choice Board activity or up to 5 CTLE credits for completing all activities and attending the virtual meeting. Choice Board topics are as follows: Learning and Evaluating Planning to Start the Work A link to the Choice Board will be provided. Note: This is a continuation of the Choice Board from Part 1 of the Book Study however new participants are welcome to register. Participants will have until Feb. 2nd. to complete the assignments for CTLE credits. Participants who register by Jan. 2nd. will receive a free copy of the book, for those that may still need one.
