In New York State, our classrooms are becoming wonderfully more diverse. Teachers are challenged with the task of how to create engaging, meaningful, rigorous learning experiences for ALL of their students. In addition, the Board of Regents has directed districts to make diversity, equity and inclusion a priority in schools. Over this 3 part live webinar series participants will learn:
What are the essential components of Project Based Learning?
Why Project Based Learning is a great tool for our New Comer and SIFE students
What are some Educational Technology tools that can enhance the learning experiences in Project Based Learning
During the series, participants will be guided through the construction of a simple Project Based Lesson which they can take back to their classrooms. This series will be hosted by Stephanie Carbone, Questar III Model Schools Specialist, and Kristen Vadnais, Capital District RBERN Specialist. A Zoom link will be emailed (through Frontline My Learning Plan) to all registered participants the day prior to each session.
